Each year The Pink Picnic hosts community stalls for community groups, charities and organisations as well as market stalls for small sellers to engage with local people. Stall bookings will close on May 15th.

Community Spaces:

Community stalls are for community groups, charities or organisations for promotion, raising awareness or engaging with local LGBTQ+ people.

Due to health and safety Salford Pride DO NOT ALLOW stall holders to bring their own equipment, Salford Pride supply the gazebo space, 6ft x 2ft trestle table and 2 foldable chairs for each expo stall.

Community stalls are not spaces for selling items, giving away free promotional items will be accepted.

Market Pitches:

Businesses or non-food vendors looking to sell products MUST pay for a pitch, the rate for a pitch is £175.00 for a 3mx3m area.

Our market spaces are a great opportunity for local small sellers to interact with a new audience of buyers. To sell products at our event requires a license, sellers are covered under Salford Pride’s market license which is incorporated into the pitch fee.

We ask that stall holders and sellers take any rubbish with them to help keep the site clean and litter free. Any excessive litter left in the space could result in further charges.
